FYI,
I just wanted to let you know that it's ok if you get a previous edition of the book (they're a whole heck of a lot cheaper-- though I wouldn't go earlier than the 8th edition).
The book is also available as an e-book. An e-book is cheaper than a printed copy and you can download it immediately.
Finally, I've set up the class so that you have until next Monday (a full week) to get the book (but, obviously, the sooner the better).
